Avra is a post-punk rock band that formed in 2002. Back then Chris Pylaras and Stellios Maroulis were often robbed and received noise complaints for "ruining the quality of life" in Trenton, NJ. Avra strives to create anthems with visceral lyrics and guitar solos a plenty but what the band really wants is to groove. Rasta style. New EP "Breathing is Autonomic" will be coming this fall.
